Alessio

Visiting Alessio at his home in Monte Antico.
Alessio is farmer and winemaker.
We bought bottles of his tasty home made tuscan wine.
Grazie Alessio!

uno, due, tre…pizza!

On a Wednesday evening in Monte Antico at Martina's house we had a private party with a pizzaiolo just for us.
The name of this pizza making God is Alessandro.
An unforgettable wonderful evening with home made fresh pizza (the best I ever ate…) and home made vine from Alessio.
It was paradise.
What do you want more?

mystery, inspiration and freedom

That woman is a wonderful mystery and inspiration to me.

Shaved head, tattoos but still feminine in her black dress, wearing make up and earrings and a wonderful face.

Her appearance full of contrasts creates a certain tension and this is where it gets interesting.

To me she represents a certain form of freedom of self expression. I wish everyone would have the courage to do so without fear of being judged or criticized  for being himself.
Freedom of self expression like freedom of thinking, talking, being, dressing, believing and so on requires also tolerance of others. Unfortunately, in some countries, cultures, places we are far away from that. But in some others not. And that is very inspiring.

She could be Luc Besson's "Nikita", working undercover, no family or friends, nothing to loose.

Or one of the woman of Wong Kar Wai's "2046" movie...
