dance, dance, dance until you die...

…after some years of break I started to dance again. For some reasons I can't dance as a professional anymore but the passion for dancing is still here, no matter what.
Dancing is pure happiness and I ask myself why I don't practice more… well I know the reason why but I'll keep it secret.
Anyway, I survived to my first class which wasn't the easiest… contemporary dance. We had no warm up…straight to the choreography which was so abstract to me…I couldn't memorize all the steps! So I felt as abstract as the choreography and with all that moves down on the floor my bones are hurting, my muscles too… but am so damn happy to dance again!
It's like coming back home… This is what makes me truly happy.
So let's dance, dance, dance...

back to the future

One of my two films I developed for the end project of my photo class.
The topic is "back to the future" and even if it is a class based on digital photography we had the choice to get back to the future and photograph with a film, you know the little roll you pull into your camera…way back then!
Well, I had a lot of fun doing the pictures (hoping the result would be how I wanted it to be, no control of pictures while doing them…) and then developing them in the laboratory. That was hard work I must say but still lots of fun! And I am happy with the result!
But I wouldn't install a laboratory in my bathroom yet. For that kind of photography you need to take your time…
With digital photography you are fast, very fast.
