| I am an immigrant since 32 years in now 4 countries and tired of racism and narrow minds. Of course I am proud of my Polish roots but first of all I am a citizen of the world, as we all are. Keep your mind open, go discover the world, travel, meet different cultures and people. Listen to their stories without judging or comparing. Racism is based on fear and ignorance. The only way of waking up is spreading love, not fear and see us all as one and not separated. It's time to move. |

| Inspired after the first class of Reiki level I, practicing the Cho Ku Rei symbol on my paintings. Reiki means universal energy and is an ancient healing method from Japan. This symbol is for protection, cleaning & balancing energies among other attributes. You can use it on your food, in your home, work space, people, situations… anywhere where protection and balance is needed. The horizontal line represents the Reiki source. The vertical line symbolizes the energy flow and the spiral that touches the middle line represents the seven chakras. I learn Reiki with two Reiki Masters, Ben and Lilly, in Lake Havasu at Ben Hicks Yoga but you can find more about what it is for example here: http://www.reiki.org/FAQ |
