| Sometimes a painting just doesn't work. It won't flow... so I repaint the whole thing. Someone told me to not get too attached to my art. If you destroy it, it's okay. Practicing detachment at overcoming fear of destroying something nice. Process of painting is a wonderful teacher. |
New Year, hello 2018!

We had no plans and were still recovering from the flu and spontaneously we decided to meet my husband's cousin and his wife at the old Genoa Bar. We stayed passed midnight, listening to live music and having drinks outside near the firepit. The bar was so full and packed, it took us almost half an hour to get a drink but the atmosphere was awesome. We had a smooth slide into 2018 and I wish everyone a great and blessed 2018! Cheers! |
